Lisa joined David in the business in 2010 after a career lasting twenty three years with a major bank. Lisa brings her skills and leadership experience as a Regional Sales and Service Manager into her role at LJ Hooker Wyong as the Office Manager.

Her focus is the 'Customer Experience' in everything she does and drives the team to deliver the best possible service experience they can. She strives to have LJ Hooker Wyong be the employer of choice for Real Estate agents. Being passionate about giving new entrants into the Real Estate industry a positive insight she loves to have work experience students come into the business from local schools to experience Real Estate at a professional level.

“Customers for Life” is a motto that she loves to instil into the team and uses her expertise in leadership in particular coaching, mentoring, inspiring and motivating others to ensure the highest level of staff engagement is achieved.
